Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-outs are subjected to availability.
Kids up to 5 years of age can stay free (cribs are subjected to availability). Additional charges may be applicable for kids between 5 and 12 years.
All guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity ( Passport / Driving License / Aadhar Card ) at the time arrival in the property.
Right of Admission Reserved: Unmarried couples with local ID (Mumbai Metropolitan Region - MMR) are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed at the property.
Gatherings and parties of any nature are not allowed inside the room. Property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the property at any point of time.
Please contact reception for any assistance on hairdryer, on-site laundry, iron and iron board etc.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

At least 1 day prior to the arrival date - no cancellation fees and a full refund of the total amount shall be granted.
After 1 day prior to the arrival date - Non-refundable.
